Democrats tend to think of the race as between a very experienced leader, Hillary, and a narcissitic amateur buffoon, trump. If the election had only Democrats vote, she’d win.
Hillary supporters want her to beat trump. I, as a Bernie support, want her to beat trump if nominated.
The following article has a lot of useful information that might be disturbing, but I think shows her challenges in the election.
I’ve been saying we can't say how it will go, but that there is a possibility trump will ride the wave of voter sentiment, as the con man he is, against the insider Hillary and do to her what he did to Bush.
I learned something new and also disturbing in the article, that the man who built up Reagan’s image — and remember Reagan’s 49 state re-election as a terrible president — and dictators’ images, has been hired by trump to build his image. Trump has been trying to walk in Reagan’s shoes when he can and remember how that ‘unqualified second-rate actor’ beat a very good incumbent Democratic president and then won those 49 states.
Usually I’ve seen Hillary supporters oblivious to the issue of her winning, and wanting to attack Bernie and his supporters even if it hurts her campaign. I suspect they’ll do the same with trump.
